The experience customers remember
Customers don't remember your processes. They remember how they felt in contact with your brand. Through trainings and CX consulting, I help you design an experience your employees can consistently deliver, and your customers recognize and remember.
CX Maturity Assessment
Is your organization truly customer-centered?
Through a CX maturity assessment, we look at how your organization manages customer experience – from strategy and culture to people, processes and data.
We uncover where you stand today, what's holding you back, and where you have the most room to grow.
You get a clear picture of the current state, a comparison against relevant practices, and concrete priorities for developing your CX.

Customer Journey Mapping
How does the customer really experience your brand?
We map the complete customer journey – from first contact to the moments that decide whether a customer stays, returns, or leaves.
We uncover what the customer expects, where the experience breaks down, and which moments are decisive for their relationship with your brand.
The result is a clear picture and priorities that show you where it's most worth investing to improve the customer experience.

CX Strategy
What experience do you want your customers to have?
A good CX strategy connects what you want to deliver to customers with what your organization can and should achieve.
We define what customer experience you want to build, what it means for your brand, and how to turn it into a way of working you can measure and improve.
We align CX vision and principles, define success metrics like NPS, CES and CSAT, and create an execution plan that turns strategy into concrete change.

“A great customer experience is the differentiator that separates market leaders from the pack.”
– Shantanu Narayen, CEO, Adobe
Outstanding customer experience doesn't happen by accident. It's designed.
I don't start with a solution. I start by understanding the real problem and goals – both the customer's and the company's. Together with your team, I shape a customer experience that meets your customers' real needs, works in practice, and delivers measurable results for your business.
"Everyone designs who devises courses of action aimed at changing existing situations into preferred ones."
First, we need to understand.
We talk to customers and employees, observe, and uncover what's really happening.
We define the real problem.
We turn research insights into a clearly defined problem. Because there's no point in perfectly solving the wrong problem.
We generate ideas.
Together we turn insights into concrete ideas and solutions. We choose the ones with the biggest impact on customers and the most value for your business.
We test solutions.
We turn ideas into quick prototypes and test them with real users. We track feedback, adjust, and remove the risk of costly mistakes.
We set clear metrics.
We track results against the KPIs we've set. Because good customer experience isn't just a good feeling. Investing in CX has to create value you can see and measure.
We build on what works.
We turn successful solutions into standards that can be rolled out further across channels, teams and the whole organisation.
Before we start
What is a CX Maturity Assessment?
It's a structured assessment of your organization's customer experience maturity across key dimensions – strategy, people, processes, data and culture. It shows where you currently stand, what you're doing well, where you're losing opportunities, and which areas matter most for improvement. The result is a clear, objective view and concrete recommendations that help make CX systematic, measurable, and connected to your organization's business results.
Do we need customer data already?
You don't need to have all the data upfront. If you do, we'll use it to sharpen the picture. If you don't have enough, we'll start from what you already know and identify together what's still worth finding out. What matters more than the amount of data is knowing what to do with it.
How long does CX strategy work take?
There's no universal timeline, since no two organizations have the same customer experience. Duration depends on your goals, the size of your organization, and the complexity of the customer journey. After the intro call, we define the project scope and phases and set a realistic timeframe together.
