Hello, my name is Mirela Saračević Trogrlić.
Over more than twenty years working in international corporations, I've had the opportunity to lead projects, develop strategies, and take part in organizational change. That experience has shown me that successful companies don't just create good products and services – they build relationships of trust and a culture that puts people at the center of the business.
That's why today I help companies design customer experience (CX) and employee experience (EX), and successfully guide them through the projects and activities that lead to the change they want to achieve.
In my work, I connect CX and business strategy with Design Thinking and creative problem-solving methods.
I'm a certified Scrum Master, Executive Coach (AoEC), NLP and POY practitioner, and a Design Thinking trainer.
Working with people is my great inspiration. Through consulting, training, and facilitating workshops, I help organizations and teams open up new perspectives and create better, smarter solutions.
